Annual Disaster Avoidance Exercise Set for October - Second Notice

As part of our continual efforts to minimize service interruptions during an unplanned event, iPay Solutions has scheduled its next Disaster Avoidance Exercise. This activity ensures we are able to provide products and services with little to no interruption in the event of a disaster. The move to our Branson, MO, site is scheduled for October 21-22, 2017. The transition is set to occur intermittently between 11 p.m. ET Saturday and 11 a.m. ET Sunday.

This year's exercise incorporates the addition of new hardware. We scheduled a 12-hour transition window to provide us time to fully test and confirm connectivity. The total impact to product and service availability will be less than six hours

Updated 08/21/2017-- Recently some members have had difficulty transferring money between accounts due to a few system bugs.  This issue has been fixed.
